Der Name "MaiGun Animation" setzt sich aus den Vornamen der Gründer zusammen.

Maike & Gunnar = MaiGun Animation.

Gegründet wurde MaiGun Animation im Jahre 2005 und bis heute unter deutscher Leitung.

Wir sind ein kleine Animation Firma bestehend aus zwei Teams hier in Hurghada:

Team Giftun Azur Resort, Teamleiter Saif (Nationalität: Ägypten)

Team Arabia Azur Resort & Bel Air Azur Resort, Teamleiter Enrico (Nationalität: Deutsch)

Wir arbeiten stets nach dem Qualitäts Motto "German Standard" was uns bis heute von den meisten anderen Animations Firmen vor Ort unterscheidet. Mit Hingabe und Leidenschaft betreuen wir täglich unsere Gäste und konnten somit dazu beitragen das die Stammgast Rate in allen drei Hotels weit über 70% liegt. Ebenfalls sind wir stolz auf eine Überdurchschnittliche Bewertung in den einschlägigen Bewertungsportalen wie z.B. Holidaycheck; Zoover; Trip Advisor; Booking.com; oder ähnliches.

Unsere Mitarbeiter liegen uns am Herzen denn sie sind unsere wichtigste Ressource. Wir haben Mitarbeiter aus vielen Nationen um die meisten Gästen in ihrer Muttersprache betreuen zu können. Überwiegend jedoch deutschsprachig. Wir behandeln uns gegenseitig alle gleichermaßen respektvoll. Wir zahlen überdurchschnittliches Gehalt im Bereich der privaten Animation. Des Weiteren bekommt jeder unserer Mitarbeiter ein Arbeits Visum. Wir zahlen stets die Gehälter unserer Mitarbeiter monatlich pünktlich in EURO spätestens jedoch am letzten Arbeitstag des vorangegangenen Monats ohne Abzüge ohne Wenn und Aber. Was durchaus nicht der Regelfall ist hier am Rotem Meer.

The name MaiGun Animation is a combination of the first names from the founders.

MaiGun was founded in the year 2005 and is still leaded by a German management.

We are a small animation company with two resident teams in Hurghada.

We are working according the motto ‘German Standards’ which set us apart from other animation company’s in Hurghada/Egypt. Because of taking every day care of our guests with devotion and fervor, we were able to contribute to get more than 70% of regular guests in all three hotels. Also we are proud of outstandingly recommends on review portal like Holiday check, Zoover, TripAdvisor and Booking.com.

Our employees are our most important resource, that’s why we take dear care of them and treat each other all with respect. That we are able to take care of all guests in their native language, we have employees from many different nationalities. But the most spoken language in the Hotels is German. We are paying a high salary for an private animation company and provide for all our employees a work permit in Egypt. We are paying the salary in EUR, always on time, latest on the last working day of the previous month without any deductions!
